I work with a small number of companies at a time. The engagements vary.

The Diagnostic

Every engagement starts here. Before strategy, before execution -- the business needs to be understood as it actually works, not how it presents. The real architecture. What's working, what's stuck, what nobody has named yet.

The diagnostic is a standalone engagement. It produces a clear picture and a prioritized set of decisions. You could stop there. I wouldn't recommend it.

Fractional CMO

For companies that need senior marketing leadership without a full-time hire. I work inside the business -- in the room, on the calls, making decisions alongside the operator. This is not advisory. It's functional leadership on a defined timeline.

Strategic Advisory

For operators and investors who need a senior strategic partner on an ongoing basis. Not execution -- thinking. Ideally, the kind that happens before the expensive mistake, not after.

Project Engagements

Some problems are specific and bounded. A brand architecture that needs rebuilding. A content and communication strategy ahead of a raise or acquisition. These engagements are scoped to the problem.

Engagements begin with a conversation. If you know what you're dealing with, use the contact form. If you're not sure yet, that's fine too -- that's what the diagnostic is for.
