Every engagement starts here. Before strategy, before execution, before anything else -- I need to understand how the business is actually put together. Not how it presents, not what the deck says. The real architecture. What's working, what's stuck, and what nobody has named yet.

The diagnostic is a standalone engagement. It produces a clear picture and a prioritized set of decisions. Some clients stop there. Most don't.
